Only 50 of these special timepieces will ever be produced and it is hardly surprising as their manufacture involves all the skills we associate with the haven of horology in the Vallée de Joux, Jaeger-LeCoultre.

My own personal affection for this Manufacture from Vallée de Joux is validated by the two models I have in my own personal collection. I would gladly own more of these wonderful watches if funds allowed.

I sat at the wooden bench within the exhibition area allocated to Jaeger-LeCoultre and admired the spectacle that lay ahead of me. Twelve benches, with perfect illumination and a loupe attached to a wire headband at each bench.

This watch has no need to present or seek acceptance of its credentials.  They are recognised. This watch has prestige. The Jaeger-LeCoultre name has earned its place in the upper echelons of watch making and has a long and successful history in haute horology. It is a lineage of which to be proud.
